Delete your Superpare account
The Superpare Business Panel app (com.superpare.mobile) creates an account signed in with a phone number and SMS code. On this page you can request the permanent deletion of your account and personal data without signing in to the app. You can also do the same inside the app via Profile → Delete my account.
What is deleted?
- Your account: your phone number and, if provided, name/email
- All of your sessions and SMS verification (OTP) records
- Your device push-notification registrations and panel notification inbox
- The ownership link between your account and your business listing
What is kept?
- Your business’s public directory listing (storefront details such as name, address, phone) stays published because it is platform/chamber data; its ownership is detached from your account and it returns to the passive "imported" state.
- Aggregate statistics that contain no identity (e.g. profile view counts) are kept anonymously for legal retention and reporting.
If you also want your business directory listing taken down, write to destek@superpare.com.
This action cannot be undone. Once deletion completes, your panel access ends; to use it again you would have to activate your business from scratch.
