Superpare Terms of Use

1. Introduction

1.1. Superpare is a product of Kodfu Bilişim A.Ş., and all rights and obligations in this agreement are attributed to Kodfu Bilişim A.Ş.

1.2. By registering on or using the Superpare platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms of Use.

1.3. If you do not agree with any provision of this agreement, you should not proceed with registration or usage of Superpare services.

2. Parties & Scope

2.1. These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding agreement between Superpare (Kodfu Bilişim A.Ş.) and the user ("User"), who may be an individual or a business entity using Superpare's services.

2.2. This agreement governs the use of all services provided via the Superpare platform, including appointment scheduling, client management, online payments, reminders, and digital booking pages.

2.3. Superpare reserves the right to modify or update these Terms of Use to comply with UK laws or service improvements. Continued use of the platform after such updates constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

3. User Registration & Responsibilities

5. Payment Processing & Fees

5.1. Payments processed through Superpare must comply with the UK Payment Services Regulations (PSRs) 2017.

5.2. Superpare applies a 6% commission fee for transactions conducted via the platform.

5.3. Payments collected through Superpare are transferred weekly to the designated IBAN account of the User.

5.4. Users are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of their payment details. Superpare is not liable for delays or losses due to incorrect bank details.

6. Data Protection & Privacy

6.1. Superpare complies with the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR).

6.2. Users consent to the processing of their data under the Superpare Privacy Policy.

6.3. Superpare implements technical and administrative measures to secure personal data but is not liable for external cyber threats.

7. Liability & Warranties

7.1. Superpare provides its services "as is", without warranties of uninterrupted access.

7.2. Superpare is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use.

7.3. Users assume full responsibility for their use of the platform and any business transactions conducted via Superpare.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

8.1. These Terms of Use are governed by English law.

8.2. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be resolved by the courts of England and Wales.
